If the temperature in your office needs adjustment, please submit your request through the Prism work order system. Submitting the request through Prism allows us to track HVAC calls and identify if there is an issue, so please refrain from contacting the engineering team via cell phone.

The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Special arrangements should be made for any HVAC needed outside of those hours.
