Q: How do I reserve a conference room?
A: All conference room reservations are to be requested in Prism work order system to include the following information: date/time of request, which conference room configuration required and what, if any amenities are needed.

Q: How do I request a service call?
A: Service calls and maintenance requests can be placed through Prism work order system, where tenants can submit a work order with specific details about the issue.

Q: How do I request additional space?
A: Should you develop a need for additional office space or have questions concerning your existing space, please do not hesitate to contact the Banyan Street Capital Management Office at (301) 258-7670.

Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?
A: Service calls and maintenance requests can be placed through Prism work order system, where tenants can submit a work order with specific details about the issue.

Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Yes, we have a bike rack located at 800 King Farm Blvd. in the garage on the lower level, there you can store a bike during business hours.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Each building has a parking lot for visitors. There is a shared parking garage entrance at The District at King Farm I that services both 700 and 702 King Farm Blvd. The District at King Farm III has a parking garage entrance at the front of 800 King Farm Blvd. Please ask visitors and guests who will be at the building two (2) hours or less to park in front of the buildings.

Q: Where can I smoke?
A: The designated smoking stations at each building on the side near the loading dock.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: Space heaters and fans are prohibited per the fire code.

Q: Can I bring in a coffee maker or other appliance?
A: Yes, tenants may use consumer rated coffee makers, microwave ovens and toasters, so long as their installation and use meet all applicable laws and regulations.

Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request heating and/or air conditioning?
A: Request for HVAC during non-business hours can be made by contacting the Management Office at (301) 258-7670 or entering an "after-hours HVAC" in the property's online work order system - Prism at least 24 hours before required. Charges may apply.
